Sponsorship
WTCW is proud, and continually humbled, to witness the impact of our work within the profession of arboriculture and beyond. WTCW has grown to become a genuine workforce development program. We build career paths, create network opportunities, develop safety and compliance CEU trainings for new and experienced arborists.
Looking back
In 2025 we embraced the outpouring of requests to host more classes and workshops. We have increased the frequency of open enrollment chainsaw safety classes, aerial rescue workshops, gear inspection training, First Aid/CPR/AED certification courses, leadership development classes, and of course provide private, individually tailored training & education programs, along with our traditional 2.5-day workshops. We champion that 60% of our participants have entered or enhanced their careers in arboriculture.
WTCW, a women-owned business, is dedicated to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the arboriculture industry by providing a space to elevate all.
Looking forward
For 2026, the leadership team is excited to expand its capacity and offerings. Our first 3-day workshop of 2026 is scheduled for February 20-22 as we once again with the ISA Texas Chapter. Subsequent workshops are scheduled in North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, and New York City. Others are being finalized in California and to take WTCW to Costa Rica in 2027.
You may not realize that beyond offering tree climbing workshops, we also provide open enrollment and private classes and workshops for: chainsaw safety, chainsaw maintenance, aerial rescue, electrical hazard awareness, pruning, tree identification, gear inspection, ASC Z133 educational courses, and more.
In 2026, WTCW will cast a wider net of safety and compliance training services with The Tree Train: a multi-dimensional subscription-based platform designed by arborists to improve accessibility to accompany our programming and services, to enhance recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and advancement for its patrons. We are seeking investors to collaborate with to create and deliver this groundbreaking, industry needed option to accompany existing training programs. Let’s face it, across our industry, it’s not getting safer and we feel the need to address it.
Your support
Collaborating with generous supporters like you allows us to keep tuition for our open enrollment events attainable. Workshop fees cover instruction, equipment use, food, lodging, and CEUs. Your support allows us to focus on our mission by helping us to obtain great locations, creating scholarships, reducing travel expenses, enabling procurement of equipment, and much more.
Your investment impacts the lives of participants. Your support fosters professional development, leadership, education, and strengthens our ever-expanding WTCW network. All support is welcomed; please consider supporting our vision in several ways:
