We are excited for to climb with you at Mt Olivet Conference Center August 19-21, 2022.
EVENT DETAILS:
By registering you agree to provide proof of a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to attending the event is required.
We will follow our host's site policies, and any state and federal COVID guidelines.

This all-inclusive workshop includes food, lodging, instruction and use of tree climbing gear. You will learn how how to climb trees while emphasizing the art and science of Arboriculture. This safe, empowering experience will renew your spirit, allow you to bond with others curious and excited to learn more about trees, aloft! Most importantly, you will leave with new friends and a network of professional colleagues.
Travel:
If you need a ride from the airport - Research car share programs (Taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc.). In July everyone will get a group email with event details as a reminder and if you'd like to coordinate ride sharing options with each other.
Lodging:
Mt Olivet offers bunk style lodging. Bring your own bedding (sleeping bag & pillow). The host provides indoor beds, washrooms and showers. Please bring your own toiletries (towel and personal hygiene items).
The Camp does not offer single rooms accomodations. Should you desire private sleeping, our host has granted WTCW onsight camping to anyone wishing to bring a tent.
Food:
Meals and snacks are included in your registration costs! Friday: Dinner, Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Sunday: Breakfast and Lunch. If you have food allergies, please email us as our host will do their best to fulfill your requests.
Tree Climbing Gear:
If you have your own tree climbing gear and wish to use it at the event, please bring it with your gear inspection documentation. Gear inspection and sign off is required before on sight use.
Clothing:
Dress for all weather! Pack your yoga mat, blocks and strap; long pants, long sleeves, over the ankle hiking boots, rain and warm jackets, and don't forget sunscreen and bug spray.
Water Bottle:
Please bring your own water bottle. We will have water coolers in the field for your water bottle refills. Consider bringing & using your own plate and silverware to reduce your environmental footprint.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Registration is limited. If you cannot attend, for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If we can fill your position from the "Waitlist" your registration will be refunded 100% if you notify us by July 15, 2022. After July 15th, no refunds will be granted.
